​A native of Atlanta, GA, Pastor Clyde Robertson's roots are based in Covington, GA, where his mother, Catherine Wright, was born and raised.  As a child, he spent summers in Oxford, GA and attended church at Rust Chapel and Wesley Chapel United Methodist Churches.  Pastor Robertson is the husband of Evangelist Junice Robertson and the father of four sons:  Shawn, (deceased) Ryan, Marcus, and Justin.

​He accepted his call into the ministry in April 1995, and earned a B.A. from Beulah Heights Bible College (Now Beulah Heights University) in Atlanta, GA.  He is working toward the Master of Divinity degree at the Interdenominational Theological Center. (ITC)  Pastor Robertson has served as associate and youth pastor at Rust Chapel, Grace and Flat Rock United Methodist Churches.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​  In 2004, he was appointed as pastor of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Covington, GA.  Evangelist Junice Robertson supports the ministry at Wesley Chapel through occasional preaching and by teaching Sunday School classes.  Pastor Robertson and Evangelist Robertson share the goal of increasing the church's membership through community evangelism.​​​​​​​​​​​​
